Bonus Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how bonuses, free spins and other promotions work at Slotnite Casino, from claiming an offer to the point where winnings become cash you can withdraw. They apply alongside our general terms and the terms published with each individual offer.

Who these bonus terms apply to
These terms apply to every promotional offer we make available to you, whether you find it in the cashier, in the promotions area of your account, in an e-mail from us or in a message shown when you log in. Where the terms of an individual offer say something different, those terms take priority for that offer only.
By claiming a bonus you accept these terms, the terms published with the offer and our general terms and conditions. If you would rather play with cash only, do not opt in, or ask us to remove the bonus before you start playing.
- You must be 18 or over and hold an account in your own name. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity, age and payment details of account holders.
- One claim per person, household, shared device or IP address, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
- Offers are personal to you. They cannot be transferred, sold or passed to another account.
- Some offers are open only to new customers, only on a first deposit, or only to players we have sent the offer to directly.
- Certain payment methods may not qualify for deposit-based offers. The cashier shows which methods qualify at the time you deposit.
- An offer may be limited to named games, a game category or a set period, as stated in its terms.
Wagering requirements and how they are met
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement: the total amount you need to stake before bonus funds and any winnings from them become cash you can withdraw. The requirement is set as a multiple of the bonus, the qualifying deposit, or both. The figure that applies to you is shown in the terms of the offer and in the bonus tracker in your account.
How your stakes count towards wagering
Progress builds as you place qualifying bets. Game types do not all count at the same rate, and some are left out altogether.
| Game type | Contribution towards wagering |
|---|---|
| Slots and instant-win games | Full contribution, unless the offer excludes a specific title |
| Table games such as blackjack and roulette | Reduced contribution, at the rate given in the offer terms |
| Live dealer tables | Reduced contribution or none, depending on the offer |
| Excluded games | No contribution; excluded titles are listed with the offer |
The rate for each game type, and the list of excluded titles, are published with the offer. Stakes placed on excluded games while a requirement is active do not count, and we may remove them from your recorded progress.
Stake limits and play patterns while wagering
Maximum stake while a bonus is active
While a wagering requirement is running, the maximum stake per spin, hand or round is the figure shown in the terms of your offer. Staking above that limit can mean the bonus and any winnings from it are removed, so it is worth double-checking the limit before you play.
- Where your balance holds both cash and bonus funds, stakes are taken in the order set out in the cashier and in the offer terms.
- Play designed to clear a requirement with little or no risk, such as covering most outcomes of a table game, does not count towards wagering.
- In-game feature purchases may be excluded while a requirement is active. The offer terms say when this applies.
- You can check how much of the requirement is left at any time in your account.
Free spins, deposit matches and other offers
Offers come in several forms. The headings below describe how each type usually works; the terms published with your offer always set out the detail that applies to it.
Deposit match offers
A deposit match adds bonus funds in proportion to a qualifying deposit, up to the maximum shown in the offer. The deposit must be made while the offer is live and, where an opt-in is needed, before you start playing. Bonus funds sit separately from your cash balance until the requirement is met.
Free spins and bonus rounds
Free spins are credited on named games at the spin value shown in the offer. Winnings from free spins are normally credited as bonus funds and carry a wagering requirement. Unused spins expire at the time stated in your account.
Cashback, reloads and loyalty rewards
These are credited either as cash with no wagering attached or as bonus funds with a requirement, as the offer states. Where a reward is based on play over a period, the period, the qualifying games and the basis of the calculation are set out in its terms.
Expiry, win caps, cancelling and withdrawals
Every bonus has an end point. The periods and limits that apply to yours are shown with the offer and in your account.
- Bonus funds and free spins expire if the requirement is not met within the period stated. Anything unused at that point, including winnings still tied to the bonus, is removed.
- Some offers cap the amount of bonus winnings that can become cash. Where a cap applies, it is stated in the offer terms and anything above it is removed when the bonus converts.
- You can ask us to cancel an active bonus at any time. Cancelling removes the bonus funds and any winnings still attached to them; your own cash balance stays with you.
- If you withdraw while a requirement is active, the bonus and the winnings attached to it are forfeited, unless the offer says otherwise.
- Withdrawals are paid once the requirement has been met and account checks are complete. Converted funds appear as cash in the cashier.
Fair use of offers and changes we may make
Bonuses are offered in good faith and on the basis that they are used as intended. We monitor promotional play and may carry out checks before bonus winnings are converted. The following are treated as misuse of an offer:
- Holding more than one account, or acting with others to claim the same offer more than once.
- Using names, payment methods or devices that do not belong to you.
- Play aimed at clearing a requirement with little risk rather than playing the games as intended.
- Taking advantage of an error in an offer, a game or the cashier, or of a stated value that is plainly wrong.
Where we find misuse, we may remove the bonus and any winnings from it, withdraw access to future offers, or act under our general terms. We may also change or end an offer, with notice where we are able to give it. Cash you have deposited remains yours. If you disagree with a decision, write to us and your complaint will be looked into under our complaints procedure.
Safer gambling and how to reach us
A bonus should never be a reason to play beyond what you planned. Our site is for adults aged 18 or over, and the tools in your account let you set deposit limits, see reminders of time spent, take a time-out or self-exclude. If you have self-excluded or turned off marketing, we will not send you promotional offers.
Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline. GamStop lets you block yourself from the sites of all operators covered by the scheme.
Before you claim
Open the terms of the offer and check the wagering requirement, the stake limit and the expiry period. If anything is unclear, ask us on live chat first.
If you want a bonus removed from your account, or you would like the terms of an offer explained, use the live chat on the site or e-mail support@casinoslotnite.co.uk and we will confirm what applies before you play.
