Slotnite Casino VIP Program: How Invitations, Loyalty Points and Rewards Work
Our VIP Programme is invitation-only: if your account meets our club criteria, a VIP manager gets in touch by email. Alongside it runs an XP-based loyalty track that turns regular play into free spins, and this page explains how both work, who can take part and what terms come attached to the rewards.

How a VIP invitation reaches you
There is no sign-up form for the VIP Programme and no way to buy your way in. We look at accounts against our own club criteria, and players who meet them receive an email invitation directly from a VIP manager. Until that email arrives, nothing changes about how you play.

Your welcome bonus is waiting
The programme is open to existing players only, so you need a registered account with real-money play behind it before an invitation is possible. We set the criteria, and we also set the type and frequency of the gifts, bonuses and rewards that membership brings, which means benefits can differ from one member to the next.
- Invitation by email from a VIP manager, never by application
- Existing account holders only - the programme is not offered at registration
- Tied to you personally - membership cannot be passed to anyone else
- Rewards set by us, including what each gift is and how often it comes
Invitations arrive by email, so keep your address current
If your email address changes, update it in your account details. An invitation sent to an old inbox is one you will not see.
The loyalty track that runs alongside it
Not every reward here waits on an invitation. A second, XP-based loyalty system builds up as you play real-money games, and the points you collect are redeemable for free spins on a regular basis. It runs in parallel with the invitation-only club, so you can be earning loyalty spins long before any VIP email lands.
At Slotnite Casino the welcome package of up to £4,900 plus 150 free spins is a one-off offer for new players; the loyalty track is what keeps running afterwards. Network leaderboards and weekly tournaments sit alongside it too, with top cash prizes reaching £10,000 on the larger network events.
You never need a promo code for any of this. Rewards are credited to your account, and where an offer needs to be switched on, you select it in the cashier before you play.
One account, one person: the rules that keep rewards yours
Everything in the programme is attached to the person named on the account. Only that named player can receive programme rewards and benefits, and membership cannot be transferred or shared. This is the same principle that governs our promotions generally: one promotion per account, per player.
In practice, "one per player" is read widely. It means one per family, household address, IP address, email address, telephone number, debit or credit card, e-payment account and shared computer. Holding more than one account, or acting on behalf of someone else, can lead to the account being closed and winnings voided, so stick to a single account in your own name.
- Your account is registered in your own name and details, and you are 18 or over
- You hold one account only, not a second one for a bonus or a batch of spins
- You have accepted our general terms and conditions
- Your account is active rather than locked, self-excluded or dormant
That last point matters for eligibility. Inactive, locked and self-excluded accounts do not qualify for programme benefits. If you choose to self-exclude or lock your account, promotional eligibility stops with it, and that is deliberate: the break is meant to be a clean one.
What a reward looks like once it is in your balance
Your balance is split in two. Cash Balance holds your deposits and your cash winnings; Bonus Balance holds bonus awards. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn until its wagering requirement is complete, while cash funds, cashback and cash winnings credited as part of an offer are withdrawable straight away. Some bonuses are restricted to certain game types, such as slots only, and in a restricted game your bonus money simply will not be available to bet with.
| Term | How it works |
|---|---|
| Wagering | 35× the bonus funds plus any cash deposit used to claim it, with cash and bonus funds both contributing |
| Game contribution | Games count at different rates towards wagering, as set out in our published contribution table |
| Maximum bet | £5 per bet while bonus funds are active |
| Bonus funds expiry | 30 days from the moment they are credited |
| Spins expiry | 10 days from the moment they are credited |
| Spin winnings | Credited as bonus funds with the same 35× requirement, capped at £100 per set of spins |
| Withdrawing | Bonus funds stay locked until the requirement is met; cash winnings are free to withdraw |
The wagering maths, with real numbers

Big games, big bonuses
Say a reward credits £50 in bonus funds with nothing to deposit. At 35× the bonus, that is £1,750 of qualifying bets before the money can be withdrawn. If instead the reward is a match you claim with a £50 deposit, the requirement runs on both parts: 35 × (£50 + £50) = £3,500.
Two things decide how long that takes. The first is the £5 cap on bets while bonus funds are active, which sets your pace. The second is the contribution table, because a game counting at a reduced rate turns over less of the requirement per pound staked than one counting in full. Checking the contribution rate of the game you plan to play is the single most useful thing you can do before you start.
Keep the clock in mind as well. Bonus funds run for 30 days and spins for only 10, so a batch of spins that lands while you are away can expire unused. Winnings from a set of spins arrive as bonus funds with their own 35× requirement and a £100 cap per set.
Start building towards your rewards
New players can open with our welcome package of up to £4,900 plus 150 free spins. Minimum deposit £10, 35× wagering, £5 maximum bet while bonus funds are active, bonus valid for 30 days.
Play patterns that can cost you a reward
Our terms describe certain betting patterns as irregular play, and they can void the winnings tied to a bonus. None of them are things most players do by accident, but they are worth knowing before you work through a requirement.
- Oversized single bets: a single bet above 20% of the credited bonus before wagering is met counts as irregular play - on a £200 bonus that line sits at £40. The rule does not apply to bets under £5, and our £5 cap while a bonus is active sits at that boundary.
- Hedge and low-margin betting: equal, zero or low-margin bets do not count towards wagering, for example black-or-red on roulette or covering more than 25 of the 37 numbers.
- Delayed winnings: stepping out of a free spin or bonus feature and coming back to finish it later.
- Progressing bonus stages on bonus funds and then completing them with cash bets.
- Leaving large table-game bets open until the wagering requirement is complete.
- Promotional abuse: syndicate play, depositing and withdrawing quickly to work an offer, exploiting software faults, or using more than one account to claim the same bonus or spins twice.
Bets above £5 while a bonus is active can void the winnings attached to it
The cap applies to every bet, not an average. If you want to bet more than £5, finish the wagering first or let the bonus run out, then play with cash funds.
Your VIP manager and our day-to-day support
Members hear from a VIP manager by email, and that is the contact point for anything specific to your membership. For everything else, our live chat is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with a typical response time of 30 to 60 seconds.
You can also reach us by email, or look through our Help Centre, where the FAQ answers cover accounts, payments and bonus terms. Support is available in English, Finnish, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
If you are ever unsure what a reward's terms mean in your case, ask us before you play rather than after. Chat can tell you the wagering attached to a specific bonus in your account and how long it has left to run.
Playing safely, and the protections built into every account
Rewards are there to make the games more entertaining, never a reason to play beyond what you are comfortable spending. Gambling involves real risk and real money can be lost, so we keep the control tools on the same screen as the perks.
- Deposit limits you can set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
- Cooling-off periods from 24 hours up to 6 weeks
- Self-exclusion from 6 months up to 5 years
- GamStop, the national self-exclusion scheme we take part in, plus links to GamCare and GambleAware

Play slots and live casino in the UK
We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 52894. Connections to the site are secured with 128-bit SSL encryption, play is restricted to adults aged 18 and over, and identity verification is carried out before your first withdrawal is processed, so it is worth completing those checks early rather than when a payout is waiting.
Play with the limits that suit you
Set a deposit limit, take a cooling-off period or ask our 24/7 live chat for help at any point. Rewards and free spins are entertainment, not income.
VIP Program: questions and answers
How do I join the VIP Programme?
You cannot apply. The programme is invitation-only: we look at accounts against our club criteria, and players who meet them get an email from a VIP manager.
Can new players join straight after signing up?
No, the programme is open to existing players only. New players start with the welcome package of up to £4,900 plus 150 free spins and can build XP on the loyalty track as they play.
Do I need a promo code for VIP or loyalty rewards?
No code is needed. Rewards are credited to your account, and where an offer has to be switched on, you select it in the cashier before you play.
What wagering applies to bonus funds I receive as a reward?
The default requirement is 35× the bonus funds plus any cash deposit used to claim them, and the maximum bet while bonus funds are active is £5. Games contribute at different rates, as set out in our contribution table.
How long do rewards last?
Bonus funds expire 30 days after they are credited and spins expire after 10 days. Winnings from a set of spins come through as bonus funds with the same 35× requirement, capped at £100 per set.
Can someone else use my rewards?
No. Only the person named on the account can receive programme rewards and benefits, and membership cannot be transferred.
What happens to my eligibility if I self-exclude or lock my account?
Inactive, locked and self-excluded accounts are not eligible for programme benefits, so promotional eligibility stops for the duration of the break.
Do I need to verify my identity before taking out winnings?
Yes. We verify identity before your first withdrawal is processed, so it helps to send your documents early. The minimum withdrawal is £20.
