Betting and Game Rules
These rules explain how bets and spins are placed and settled on our site, what happens when a game is interrupted, and how bonus play is treated. They apply alongside our terms and conditions and the rules built into each individual game.

General rules that apply to every bet
Play is open only to people aged 18 or over who hold a verified account in their own name. We hold a gaming licence and check the identity of account holders, so the name on your account must match the name on your documents and payment methods.
- One account per person. Each player may hold a single account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and bets placed on them may be voided.
- Play in your own name. You may not place bets on behalf of anyone else, and nobody else may place bets using your log-in details.
- Real-money and bonus balances are separate. Where you hold both, the cashier shows which balance a stake is taken from, and bonus funds are also governed by the terms of the offer.
- Bets are final once placed. A confirmed stake cannot be changed, cancelled or taken back, and a round in progress cannot be reversed because of a change of mind.
- We may decline or restrict play. We can refuse a bet or limit access to a game where we are required to do so, or where we reasonably suspect collusion, automated play or abuse of promotions.
Playing within your limits
Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion are available in the safer gambling area of your account. Free, confidential help is offered by GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop can block your access to online gambling sites in Great Britain.
How bets and spins are settled
The outcome of a round is decided by the game server, not by the display on your device. Where the two do not agree, the result recorded on the server stands and your balance is adjusted to match it.
- In-game rules and paytables apply. Every game carries its own rules, paytable and help screen, setting out winning combinations, feature rules, bet lines and any maximum payout. Those rules apply in full to each round you play.
- Outcomes are random. Games use a random number generator, so an earlier result has no effect on a later one and no sequence of results can be predicted.
- The return-to-player figure is shown in each game. You will find it in the game's help or information screen. It is a long-run average across many thousands of rounds and says nothing about any single session.
- Clear errors may be corrected. Where a bet is accepted or settled at an obvious error, such as an incorrect price, paytable or balance caused by a technical fault, we may correct the settlement to the position that should have applied.
Malfunctions, disconnections and unfinished rounds
Games are delivered by software that can occasionally fail. Where that happens, the position is restored to what it should have been rather than to what the screen showed.
- A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, feature or round does not work as designed, the pays and the play affected by the fault are void and the stakes for those rounds are returned to your balance.
- Interrupted rounds resume or settle on reconnection. If your connection drops part-way through a round, open the game again. Most games restore the unfinished round at the point you left it; others settle it automatically and credit any win to your balance.
- Our records are the record of play. Round and transaction histories held on our systems and those of our game suppliers are used to establish what happened. Screenshots are useful, but they do not override the server log.
- Closing a game does not cancel a bet. Shutting the browser, the app or your device does not void a stake that has already been accepted.
A fault does not create a win
Where a round, feature or jackpot pays because of a malfunction, that pay is void even if the amount appeared in your balance, and it will be removed when the fault is confirmed.
Bonus funds and promotional play
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credits are offered under their own terms, which sit alongside these rules. Where a point is specific to a promotion, the terms of that promotion apply.
- Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Staking above the maximum shown for the offer may lead to the bonus and any winnings from it being removed.
- Games contribute at different rates. Slots, table games and live games count towards wagering at the rates set out in the offer terms, and some games do not count at all.
- Abuse of an offer voids it. Low-risk betting patterns used only to clear wagering, coordinated play across accounts, or stakes placed solely to trigger a feature may lead to the bonus and any related winnings being voided.
| What you need to check | Where it is shown |
|---|---|
| Wagering requirement and the time allowed | The terms of the offer |
| Maximum bet while wagering is open | The terms of the offer |
| Game contributions and excluded games | The terms of the offer |
| Remaining wagering and your bonus balance | The bonus area of your account and the cashier |
Live casino and table games
Live tables are run by a dealer in a studio and follow the rules of the physical game as well as the rules published for the individual table.
- The dealer's decisions at the table are final. This includes the call of a result, the handling of cards, chips and the wheel, and the announcement of a mis-deal or void spin.
- Bets must be confirmed inside the betting window. Once the dealer closes betting, late or unconfirmed bets are not accepted and do not stand.
- Each table publishes its own rules. Minimum and maximum stakes, side bets, payouts, insurance and surrender options and the treatment of mis-deals are set out in the help screen for that table.
- Conduct in the live chat. Abusive or disruptive messages may lead to chat being switched off for your account or the session being ended.
Queries and disputes about a round
If you believe a round was settled incorrectly, contact us before you play the same game again so the record is easy to isolate.
- E-mail support@casinoslotnite.co.uk or open the live chat on the site.
- Give us the game name, the date and time of the round, and the round or transaction reference from your game history.
- Tell us what appeared on screen and what you expected the result to be.
- Hold off replaying that round until we have come back to you.
We look into the round using the logs held by us and by the game supplier, and we write back explaining what those records show. If you remain unhappy with the outcome, our complaints procedure sets out the next steps, including referral to the alternative dispute resolution provider named there.
