Accepting these terms, and how we change them

By opening an account with us, accepting these terms during registration or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept them, please do not use your account.

These terms, our privacy policy, the terms attached to each promotion and the rules of individual games form the whole agreement between you and us. Where a promotion's terms and these terms cover the same point, the promotion's terms apply to that offer.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the law changes, when we add payment methods or games, or when a feature starts to work differently. The version published on the site is the version that applies.

• We will tell you about material changes by e-mail or by a notice shown when you next log in.
• Changes take effect from the date the updated terms are published, unless we state otherwise.
• If you do not want to accept a change, you may ask us to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance, subject to the checks set out below.

Who may hold an account, and your duties as the account holder

You may only hold an account with us if each of the following is true when you register and for as long as you use the account. We hold a gaming licence for the services we offer and we verify accounts before funds are paid out.

1. You are at least 18 years old. Gambling by anyone under 18 is an offence; underage accounts are closed, stakes are returned and any winnings are void.
2. You are resident in the United Kingdom and are using the site from a place where doing so is lawful.
3. You are acting for yourself, in your own name, and not for anyone else.
4. You are not currently excluded from gambling, whether by a self-exclusion with us, by a national self-exclusion scheme such as GamStop, or by any order made against you.
5. You have not previously had an account closed by us for a breach of these terms.

One account per person

Each player may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed or merged, and any bonus funds or bonus winnings credited to them removed. Where several accounts share a name, address, device or payment method, we may ask for further information before letting play continue.

Accurate details

The name, date of birth, address, e-mail address and phone number on your account must be your own and must be correct. Keep them up to date in your account settings or by writing to support@casinoslotnite.co.uk. We may limit access to the account until incorrect details are put right.

Keeping your login safe

Your username, password and any security codes are personal to you. Do not share them and do not let anyone else use your account. Tell us as soon as you can if you think someone else has your details, and we will help you secure the account.

Verification checks on your account

We are required to confirm who you are, that you are old enough to gamble and where you live. We will complete these checks before your first withdrawal, and we may repeat or extend them at any point while your account is open.

• Photographic proof of identity, such as a passport or driving licence.
• Proof of your current address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement.
• Proof that the payment method you are using belongs to you.
• Source-of-funds information where we are required to ask for it, such as evidence of income or savings.

Documents can be uploaded in your account or sent to support@casinoslotnite.co.uk. Until a check is finished, we may hold a withdrawal, limit deposits or pause play on the account. If we cannot verify an account, we may close it and return any balance that is lawfully yours to the payment method you used.

Deposits, withdrawals and promotions

Paying money in

You may only deposit using a payment method held in your own name. The methods available to you, together with the minimum and maximum amounts and any processing times, are shown in the cashier. Funds in your account are held for play, not as a deposit with a bank, and they do not earn interest.

Taking money out

Withdrawals are returned to the method you deposited with wherever that is possible. Where it is not, we will agree another method in your own name with you. Requests are processed within a reasonable time once any outstanding checks are complete, and the limits that apply to each method are shown in the cashier.

Promotions and bonus funds

Every offer carries its own terms, which are published with the offer and which you accept when you take part. Those terms will normally cover the points below.

• The wagering requirement, and which games count towards it and at what rate.
• The maximum stake allowed while a wagering requirement is outstanding.
• How long the bonus and any free spins last before they expire.
• Any cap on the amount that can be withdrawn from bonus winnings.

Withdrawing while wagering is still outstanding may forfeit the bonus and anything won with it. Where we find that promotions are being abused, for example through duplicate accounts, low-risk or offsetting play, or play co-ordinated between accounts, we may remove the bonus and related winnings and withdraw access to future offers.

You may ask us to close your account at any time. We may also suspend or close an account where it has been inactive for a long period, where we are required to do so, or where we believe these terms have been breached. Breaches include giving false details, holding more than one account, abusing promotions, using someone else's payment method, or using the site for unlawful purposes. Where an account is closed, we return any balance that is lawfully yours.

Complaints, our liability and the law that applies

If something goes wrong

Please contact us first, through the live chat on the site or by writing to support@casinoslotnite.co.uk with your account details and what happened. We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it and give you an answer within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may refer the matter free of charge to the independent alternative dispute resolution provider named in our complaints process, whose decision we will honour.

Our liability

We take reasonable care to keep the site and its games working properly, but we cannot promise that the service will never be interrupted. If a game, display or balance is affected by a fault, the affected plays are void and we will return the stakes involved. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own breach of these terms, by equipment or connections outside our control, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute between us will be settled under those laws. If any part of these terms cannot be applied, the rest continues to apply.
